All your favourites like Colmant, Haute Cabriere, L’Ormarins and the rest of them will be found, not only displaying their wares but with all sorts of food pairings and exclusive tastings to entice you. Get to see the art of sabrage first hand and meet the wine maker at various places. The Cap Classique route will be opened officially on the week September 1 through 4 so if I were you, I would fire up the Benz and get myself there.
