During the winter, Haute Cabriere’s architects and their building teams were hard at work to create a stunning new entrance.

New look
The result is crisp and clean and very inviting, elegant as befits what we have expected all these years from the family in Franschhoek.

Classy
The restaurant, under the sure hand of Head Chef Charlton Prins, is serving up superb dishes like Oysters Rockefeller and slow cooked Beef Rib with sweetcorn.

Also on the menu is a great Cape Malay Seafood curry–not to be missed–and Pan fried Duck breast with confit duck and blackberry jus, superb.
