God’s gift to us

Guests here can share in Covid compliant outdoor tasting experiences of freshly picked grapes and unfermented grape juice straight from the tank Steenberg Hotel and the two restaurants there called Tryn and BistroSixteen82. They can also be enjoyed at the Tasting Room. At the Bistro, Chef Kerry Kilpin’s famous pork belly is accented with pickled grapes and sultana and Sauvignon Blanc jus and a harvest inspired duck bao bun. Dessert will feature grapes picked that morning. At Tryn, lunch guests will be treated to some of the best freshly baked mosbolletjies in the Constantia Valley.

Let us not forget the famous wines of Steenberg, now under the talented and experienced hand of Elunda Basson who knows a thing or two about wine. So get there and start wining.
