The setting for dining

New dining experiences are the things that keep many of us bright eyed and bushy tailed. Here’s something quite enticing –something to get you out with someone really special and INDULGE yourself. It is a series of Supper Club events at Angala in Franschhoek featuring 8 talented chefs strutting their stuff for your delectation in UTTER LUXURY. Their dishes will be paired with some of the best wines from the Cape.  Sound fascinating? Read on.

Angala is a barefoot 5 star sanctuary located in the heart of the Cape Winelands among the foothills of the mountains that rise majestically between Franschhoek and Paarl.  It offers hydro facilities including water therapy with an ozonated pool, heated plunge pool and revitalizing eco pool featuring a living ecosystem of water plants in a clear, natural pool set in a lush aquatic garden.  In case all that outdoor stuff gets to you, try their sauna and steam rooms, which feature infra-red sauna using radiant heat to relax joints, muscles and tissues by increasing oxygen flow and circulation.

Relaxation and water–unbeatable combination

These suppers are much more than just food and wine pairing, but instead provide guests with the rare opportunity to relax with chefs just there to make it very special for you—the guest.

Beautiful plating

Chefs featured include Santi Louzan from Chef’s Table , Lapo Magni from Lapo’s Kitchen, and Luke Wonnocatt from Table
