This superb example of the winemaker’s art is all we have come to expect from Bruce Jack. over these many years.
The fruit is from the Cape South Coast and has spent 8 months in barrel. resulting in fabulous aromas of vanilla, butter scotch, toffee character with hints of grapefruit (what else?) on the finish and a subtle hint of cinnamon.

On the palate you will find plenty of citrus fruit, even a grape or two, with layers of caramel/toffee character, and well-rounded oak flavours with a nice smooth finish.
