SALON – A Global Culinary Expedition
At SALON, Luke Dale Roberts’ latest signature restaurant, guests are invited on a refined six-course journey with the Explorer Menu (R875 per person), a celebration of the beautiful, seasonal South African produce paired with European technique. Created by Luke and Executive Chef Carla Schulze, this new menu draws on Luke’s travels and the countries that have inspired his culinary approach.

TTK Fledgelings – Purpose-Driven Dining
Housed in the former Test Kitchen space, TTK Fledgelings is both a restaurant and a training ground for aspiring chefs and service staff with no prior formal experience. The five-course prix fixe lunch menu (R590 per person) offers guests an approachable yet refined meal while supporting the next generation of hospitality professionals. Menus may change without notice. Vegetarian and pescatarian options available. Vegan, alcohol-free, and allium-free menus are not available.
