The Tasting Room

Fairview Tasting Room and More About Fairview Wines

A leisurely stroll through the farm’s beautifully landscaped gardens, past the much-loved koi pond, leads to Fairview’s world-renowned tasting room. Here, four distinctive barrel-shaped tasting stations are hosted by knowledgeable wine ambassadors who guide guests through a welcoming, social tasting experience. A range of wine tastings is expertly paired with Fairview’s celebrated cow’s and goat’s milk cheeses. For serious wine enthusiasts, the Beryl Back Master Tasting Room—named in honour of Charles Back’s late mother—offers seated, tutored tastings in an exclusive, educational setting. Guests enjoy Fairview’s finest wines thoughtfully paired with artisanal cheeses, freshly baked bread, and farm-made olive oil. Fairview also caters to younger visitors with a fun Kids Tasting, featuring a selection of milder, sweeter cheeses, a sweet treat, and a glass of EGA or lemonade.

The Farm Bakery entices with a wide range of freshly baked artisanal breads, buttery croissants, and other decadent goodies made on-site from Fairview’s very own wheat.  Fairview Cheese is, of course, the main drawcard.
